**Job Summary**

We are looking for enthusiastic and persuasive **Telesales Specialist** to join our team. No prior experience is required—just a keen interest in sales, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. This role involves making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our products/services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Continuously learn about products, services, and sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- No prior experience needed—training will be provided.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence and enthusiasm in speaking with customers.
- A goal-driven and self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
- Good computer skills especially Microsoft Excel is required.

**Preferred Qualities**
- Passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Willingness to learn and improve.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
