**Job Scope**
- Manage reception area, including answering calls, receiving goods, and assisting visitors.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean,tidy and presentable at all times
- Greet and welcome patient in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of the patient's data and medical history
- Schedule and manage patient appointments using clinic management software
- Assist in billing, payment collection and inssuing receipts
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) of the clinic

**Location** : Seksyen 9, Shah Alam

**Job Details**:

- Schedule Shift Morning/Evening Shift
- 5 working days (Rotation weekdays and weekend)
- Yearly salary increment ( depend on performance)

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
