Training Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the training calendar.
- Design and develop training materials such as presentation slides, guides, e-learning modules, and training notes.
- Conduct in-person and online training sessions for both new and existing Real Estate Negotiators (RENs).
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, participant feedback, and performance analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest training methodologies, real estate trends, and industry regulations to ensure content remains relevant and up to date.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in training, coaching, or facilitation—preferably in the real estate or sales industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
