Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination & Administration

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external training programs according to the company's training calendar.
  • Manage training logistics including venue setup, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and evaluation forms.
  • Liaise with training providers, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth program delivery.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

  • Assist in identifying employees' training needs through performance reviews, feedback, and management input.
  • Support in developing annual training plans aligned with organizational goals.

Training Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and update training records, databases, and attendance logs.
  • Prepare post-training reports, evaluations, and ROI summaries for management review.

Content & Program Development

  • Assist in developing training materials, slides, and e-learning modules.
  • Support internal trainers in designing engaging and effective learning sessions.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure training programs comply with HRDF/HRD Corp requirements (if applicable).
  • Coordinate submissions for training claims and ensure timely documentation.

Employee Engagement

  • Support initiatives that promote continuous learning and development.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement or team-building activities.

Required Skills:

  • 1 year of working experience in Training/HR/Generalist or equivalent experience
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiar with HRD Corp processes and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to manage multiple training programs with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: Contract duration is 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on performance.
