**Business & Customer Support**
- Communicate with customers and clients on behalf of the Director.
- Handle enquiries, prepare and send quotations.
- Follow up with customers on pending quotations and ongoing jobs.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, production, technical) to arrange job schedules.
- Support in purchasing materials and liaising with suppliers.
- Monitor project timelines, deliveries, and operations.
**Administrative & Operational Support**
- Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries if needed.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and job updates.
- Track and organize documents, invoices, and filing (digital & physical).
- Assist in office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow.
**Personal Assistant Duties**
- Manage Director’s personal tasks (errands, appointments, reminders).
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Support personal scheduling (family, events, lifestyle).
- Occasionally assist with social media coordination, posting, or reminders.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or related field.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written in English, Malay; Mandarin is an advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Independent, proactive, and reliable with strong time management.
- Experience in admin, operations, or customer service is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
