Job Title: Director of Supply Chain (Manufacturing)
Location: Meru,Klang

Salary Range: RM16000-RM23000

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the overall strategy and execution of supply chain management

function as well as the planning and directing of activities and operations of the

business.
- Work closely with corresponding internal stakeholders in development of, and

understanding of, sales forecast; sourcing requirements and production demand to

ensure minimum production disruption.
- Drive consolidation of supply chain with focus on economies of scale as grows and

expands, and improves leverage with localised supply base.
- Be accountable for local shipping and warehousing resources to meet the plant

operations and outbound shipment requirements.
- The incumbent is also required to establish performance metrics for measurement,

comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
- Analyses current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase

efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
- Manage current and long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning goals.
- Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring

quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes. Identifies optimal

shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing

and distribution.
- Initiate Automation Programs to streamline business and work process for Supply

Chain.

**Experienced Needed**
- Bachelor Degree or MBA in Business Administration (or similar field)
- More than 15 years of working experience in a Supply Chain Management function

preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- More than 8 years of management experience, ideally with first experience in mid
- to

senior management position(s)
- Ability to work independently with a sense of business acumen capable of presenting

logical and well-structured proposals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of

personnel in a multi-national environment
- Strong analytical skills and process oriented
- Profound project management skills

Pay: RM16,000.00 - RM23,000.00 per month
