Supplier Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Inventory & Logistics Coordination

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehousing and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt.
  • Implement best practices to optimize inventory turnover and reduce excess stock.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Generate weekly supply chain reports and dashboards for internal review and decision-making.
  • Analyze trends and recommend process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain or production planning roles, ideally in a manufacturing environment

Skills required:

  • Experience with Line of Balance (LOB) techniques in a manufacturing or project-based environment.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and supply chain planning tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy in managing demand scheduling
  • Ability to act and respond quickly to issue, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
