**Responsibilities**:
**Purchasing**:

- Monitor overseas production stock movement.
- Compile Thailand & Australia’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly report.
- Compile forecast & actual stock consumption.
- Compile total demand on raw materials & blanks (Malaysia, Thailand, and Australia).
- Plan replenishment in Thailand & Australia.
- Additional items order specifically for Thailand and Australia.

**Warehousing**:

- Prepare a pick list for the Warehouse team.
- Update stock delivery to Thailand & Australia production site.
- Update incoming stock received.
- Update stock dispense to MRN.
- Checking and updating material rejects are kept and dispensed accordingly once confirmed by the supplier.

**Logistics**:

- Communicate with forwarders on delivery arrangements for Thailand and Australia.
- Prepare Commercial Invoice (CI), Packing List (PL), K2, and submit to the forwarder.
- Liaise with local & overseas forwarders on clearance issues.
- Coordinate on custom declaration matters (Thailand and Australia).

**Administration**:

- Update costs involved on each delivery.
- Compile on cost savings in Thailand and Australia.

**Requirements**:

- Working hours: Monday - Friday with Alternate Saturday arrangement.
- Major in supply chain preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain planning and execution.
- Strong quantitative analytical skills.
- ERP knowledge is a must.
- Dynamic personality with quick reaction to changing environments and ability to work under pressure.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
