**JOB SUMMARY**:
As a Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, managing, and optimizing our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of our cloud environments. Your expertise in IaaS platforms will be instrumental in driving our cloud strategy and supporting our business operations.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design and Architecture: Develop and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure solutions. Create architecture blueprints and documentation for IaaS deployments.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud providers and IaaS solutions based on business requirements.
- Deployment and Management: Configure and manage virtual networks, compute resources, storage, and other cloud services.
- Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud resources using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities for cloud infrastructure.
- Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and best practices to protect cloud resources. Monitor and audit cloud environments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work with the security team to manage and respond to incidents and vulnerabilities.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of cloud resources to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Implement cost-saving strategies and manage cloud resource budgeting.
- Conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments.
- Collaboration and Support: Work closely with development, operations, and IT teams to integrate and support cloud-based solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on cloud technologies and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to cloud infrastructure.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Participate in research and development to assess new tools and technologies for potential implementation.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of cloud infrastructure policies & procedures.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure design, deployment, and management.
- Proven experience with IaaS platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google
- Cloud Platform, or similar.
- Certifications: Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect,
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud
- Architect) are highly desirable

**DESIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**:

- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, and storage in cloud environments.
- Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and security metrics and propose improvements.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects.
- Adaptability and Learning Orientation: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a rapidly changing cloud landscape.
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges in cloud infrastructure.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
