1. **Supervising Daily Traffic Management Work**: Overseeing daily traffic management tasks and coordinating with Safety Officers as well as subcontractors/workers at the worksite.

2. **Reviewing Traffic Management Drawings**: Reviewing traffic management drawings to carry out work according to project specifications.

3. **Ensuring Work Compliance**: Ensuring that all work carried out at the project site complies with work directives and relevant project requirements.

4. **Conducting Inspections and Audits**: Performing periodic inspections and audits of traffic equipment at the project site.

5. **Coordinating Traffic Safety Equipment Procurement**: Coordinating with relevant departments/sections for the acquisition of necessary traffic safety equipment for the project.

6. **Managing Traffic Issues and Public Complaints**: Coordinating any traffic-related issues and public complaints at the project site and implementing corrective actions if necessary.

7. **Implementing Traffic Equipment Layout**: Ensuring that the layout of traffic equipment is executed according to the approved construction drawings and project specifications.

8. **Monitoring and Progress Reporting**: Monitoring, recording, and preparing reports and documentation periodically as directed.

9. **Coordinating Demobilization Activities**:Coordinating mobilization/demobilization activities after the completion of specific tasks or projects.

10. **Assisting with Site Activities**: Helping with the execution of site activities, site procedures, and site instructions.

11. **Implementing Quality Policies and Procedures**: Executing all relevant policies, activities, procedures, and instructions required by the related quality management system.

12. **Performing Other Duties**: Carrying out additional tasks as assigned by company policies, management, or supervisors that are not included in the descriptions above.

13. **Responsibilities of Site Safety Supervisor (3S)**:

- Conducting regular inspections to make sure everything is as it should be, which will involve looking for and rectifying any hazards (i.e. Unsafe conditions at the construction site).
- Checking of work to ensure compliance with the established act and regulations.
- To enforce Occupational Safety & Health Act (Osha) 94 at all work site
- Identify and ensure environmental constructed prior to the related activity and to monitor they are fully functioning and proper maintained
- Assist to conduct safety induction and safety briefing to site personnel
- To inspect worksite hazard and assist preparing risk assessment
- Responsible to ensure site safety compliance through site audit and issue NCR reports for non-compliance
- Assist in preparing relevant reports and documentations.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
