**Reports To**:

**Role Purpose**:
**Key Accountability**:

- Lead development and implementation of cutting-edge learning platforms that leverage technology to create immersive and dynamic learning environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in learning technologies, instructional design methodologies, and user experience best practices.
- Conduct research and evaluation to identify areas for improvement and optimization of our learning platforms and implement data-driven enhancements accordingly.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts by gathering feedback from stakeholders and implementing iterative updates and enhancements to the learning platforms.
- Lead and develop MABA sustainability initiatives focusing on education, recycling programs or reducing carbon footprint by collaborating with other departments or entities.
- Train and support instructors and learners in utilizing the learning platforms effectively, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
- Design and create user-friendly interfaces and intuitive navigation systems to ensure seamless user experience on our learning platforms.
- Utilize a range of multimedia tools and technologies, such as virtual reality, augmented reality, gamification, and mobile learning, to enhance the effectiveness and impact of learning experiences.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to integrate and customize third-party learning tools and platforms into existing infrastructure.
- Develop and manage the learning innovation budget, ensuring that financial targets are met.
- Monitor departmental expenses and investments in ensuring it is within the financial limitation/budget in achieving revenue and profit targets from both external and MAG.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the lab and the organization, promoting creativity and a willingness to take risks.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- At least 7 years' experience in apps or web development, Digital training or other related fields.

**Special / Professional Certificate**:

- Possess HRDC Accreditation/ Certified Trainer.
- Able to deliver Microsoft Office Courses i.e. Power BI, 0365 suite.

**Areas of Experience**:

- Proven experience in developing and implementing innovative learning platforms, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning authoring tools, and multimedia software.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
