A **Retail Operations Supervisor/ Executive **supports the overall retail strategy by managing and optimizing store-level operations. This role includes supervising team members, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the seamless execution of day-to-day activities to drive performance and customer satisfaction

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Managing operation of retail outlet
- Assisting and servicing walk in customer into the outlet
- Attend to customer complains and queries
- Product segregation, picking and packing - ensure products are picked and packed accurately
- Manage and ensure stock inventory accuracy KPI as per agreed level with customer
- Co-ordinate and plan daily task and activity at the outlet
- Ensure maintenance of the outlet - co-ordinate on any repairs, servicing of equipment etc
- Prepare reports as and when required

**Job Requirement**:

- At least Diploma/ Degree holder in any field or related
- Able to read, write and speak in English and Malay
- Knowledge in computers - excel, word, power point
- Patience and maturity to handle walk in customers
- Good communication skills and team players

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
