**ROLE SUMMARY**:
Commercial Executive is responsible for the handling of key accounts & maintenance of Trade Accounts for the Bulk Palm Oil Business and plays a key role in monitoring and communicating with stakeholders and assisting the SBU Head in running the day-to-day trading activities.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for communication with buyers & internal teams.
Ensure to comply with contractual requirements for all the bulk sales contracts.
Able to communicate & coordinate effectively with client, and internal teams within Bulk, Shipping, Documentation, Treasury and Accounts departments.
To check and review all the buyer’s contracts, sales and receivables.
To update the Trading Account records, as well as corresponding SAP and related online accounts.
Follow up and responsible on administrative matters of main contracts including progress of shipping documents, exchange of information between buyer and Shipping & Documentation team.
Commercial daily operations including invoice verification, payment run review, GR/IR reconciliation and etc.

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES**:
At least with 5 years’ experience in the international trading of Bulk Palm Oil.
Take initiatives, proactively manage own time and ability to learn quickly.
Accustomed to a culture where deadlines are critical and performance expectations are demanding.
Handle difficult situations comfortably and seek solutions to overcome issues.
Display high ethical standards.
Exposed into INCOTERMS and PORAM standards.
Sound knowledge in UCP “Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits”.
Understand the complexity of the information related to the shipments, and the international trade laws, and how the information is affecting the shipments.
Understands the banking procedures and requirements for processing any documents or payment.
Knowledge of shipping formalities, what are the necessary information to be provided for each shipments.
Excellent command of Written & Spoken English is a must.
Excellent knowledge in Basic Accounts.
Demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and consistently high energy levels.

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENT**:
Minimum with Bachelor Degree in finance, business administration, international business, international trade or a related field.
