Job Description (Main HR):

- Handle full spectrum of the human resource and administration functions.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process from end-to-end
- Responsible for staff leave administration, maintenance and staff attendance.
- Monitoring staff confirmation and yearly performance appraisal process.
- Responsible in payroll process, claims expenses.
- Liaison with all governmental departments to ensure compliance with legal governmental requirements.
- Responsible in foreign workers permit renewal.
- Prepare monthly and yearly reports on HR-related metrics.
- Responsible for general & staff insurance.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Plan and coordinate the workforce to best use employees' talents
- Resolve issues between management and employees
- Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and staff

Job Description (ACC):

- Prepare full sets of accounts, handling & monitoring on accounts payable and account receivable.
- Monthly bank reconciliation and funding projection. Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Perform payment processing function such as preparing banking transactions (both online and manual)
- Preparation of the yearly accounting and presentation to external auditors Handling statutory audit, attend to auditor’s query and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement;
- Liaison with auditor, tax agent, company secretary (if required) and etc.
- Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Skills & qualification:

- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in HR and Account.
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
- Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
- In Minimum Diploma in HR / Account and above.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
