**Account Manager**

**Location**: Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: RM5,000 - RM7,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Financial Management & Reporting**
- Oversee **financial statements**, including **profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements**.
- Manage **daily financial transactions, reconciliations, and cash flow planning**.
- Ensure compliance with **Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and IFRS**.

2. **Accounts Receivable & Payable**
- Oversee **accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and ensure timely collections**.
- Monitor and manage **supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment schedules**.
- Track and manage **cheque deposits, cheque returns, and reconciliation**.

3. **Tax & Compliance**
- Ensure **timely tax filings (LHDN, SST/GST), audit preparations, and regulatory compliance**.
- Maintain **compliance with SSM, BNM, and other financial authorities**.

4. **Budgeting & Cost Control**
- Develop **financial strategies, budgeting, and cost control measures**.
- Conduct **variance analysis and financial performance evaluations**.
- Identify and implement **cost-saving opportunities**.

5. **Audit & Stock Management**
- Oversee **quarterly stock takes and inventory accounting**.
- Coordinate with **internal and external auditors** to ensure smooth audit processes.

6. **Leadership & Business Support**
- Provide **strategic financial insights** to senior management for decision-making.
- Lead and manage the **finance team**, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
- Support business operations with **financial data analysis and reporting**.

**Requirements**:
1. **Education & Certification**
- **Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field**.
- **Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)** is an advantage.

2. **Experience**
- **Minimum 5 years** of experience in financial management or accounting, preferably handling **RM20 million+ sales**.
- Proven experience in **financial reporting, taxation, and compliance**.
- Strong leadership experience in **managing financial teams**.
- Hands-on experience with **AutoCount, SAP, QuickBooks, or other accounting software**.

3. **Technical Skills**
- Expertise in **MFRS, IFRS, taxation laws, and financial regulations**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and financial forecasting**.

4. **Soft Skills**
- Strong **strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills**.
- Excellent **leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities**.
- Ability to **work independently and drive financial efficiencies**.
