Accountabilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

- On Floor engagement and administrative tasks performed at a ratio 75% / 25%.
- Maintain, coordinate, and communicate environmental health and safety processes

and procedures at site level.
- Conduct site audits of facility requirements as it relates to environmental health and

safety programs and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance and implementation by GXO employees and contractors with GXO

EHS procedures.
- To ensure workplace safety and health compliance according to Client EHS

procedures at Client facilities.
- Monitoring and supporting all GXO logistics activities at Client facilities.
- Provide additional support and project management oversight to new and critical EHS

initiatives.
- Identify risks during activities and partner with Operations to permanently mitigate

them via the hierarchy of controls.
- Ensure completion of EHS action items for facilities and processes are resolved.
- Review, analyze, develop, and communicate environmental health and safety

programs and solutions initiatives; develop action plans, as necessary.
- Lead safety meetings, training, and continuing education.
- Initiate and complete safety incident reports, RCCAs, and customer reporting needs.
- Conduct Job Hazard Analysis / Risk Assessments at site level.
- Execute Safety Program projects as directed by site leader and Regional Safety

Manager
- To conduct ESD testing and keeping record
- To support DG audit
- To instill DG awareness

**Requirement**:

- Registered competent Safety and Health Officer with the Department of

Occupational Safety & Health (LINK to Malaysia EHS requirements) (ACT)
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Required personnel protection equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times while

carrying out the above tasks.
- Warehouse (50%) : High Vis Vest, Safety Shoe
- Client work locations 50% : Safety Shoe, Ear Plug/Muff
- Able to work in an environment with noise level exceeding 85db for a prolonged

period. (If required)

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month

- Safety Officer: 2 years (preferred)
