For the most part, you'll be shadowing a full-time Social Media Marketer or our Creative team, depending on your interest and potential. Your learning could include: - "Research" a.k.a. scroll through TikTok to find content ideas for our clients and for our own TikTok too. - Assist the marketer in preparing analytics decks and content briefs to present to clients. You get to learn how we analyze organic content performance and how we prep to present them to clients. - Assist with on-site photography and video productions, which usually involve both the marketer and creative teams. If you want to try lead one yourself, you could too. Just let us know, we'll support you. - Assist the marketer to edit videos in a timely manner. You'll get to practice using Capcut and Adobe on actual work that goes out for clients. - Assist the marketer in copywriting captions and in-texts for videos and graphics as well. It's a big part of delivering the marketing impact especially when you don't have many words to stuff in on TikTok as well. **; Requirements**: - Preferred skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, 2D Design, motion or any related software. CapCut would be a bonus. - Photography and video production skills are a plus - You have to enjoy not just consuming content on TikTok, but also producing content.
