Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and work with project team, consultants and contractor from project inception to completion.
- Supervise, manage and report to Project Head on the project progression, and ensure work progress of the ongoing project in accordance to specifications and requirements.
- Participate in the planning and designing stage with project team and contractors.
- Participate and assess project(s) feasibility and viability study, tendering and award of projects with project team.
- Coordinate and liaise with authorities for all submission and approval within timeframe for land related matter, planning approval, building plan and occupation permit.
- Coordinate updates to project guidelines based on feedback from all sources including the project post occupancy review process.
- Project Scheduling, planning and monitoring work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee the project team on the day-to-day operation.
- Monitor budget as well as cost control.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory safety requirements and regulation.
- To liaise with the supplier & sub-contractors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Project management, civil engineering, or any related fields.
- Experience in Consultancy Firm with site experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in delivered of at least one project successfully from pre-planning stage to post-construction stage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
