- Able to work at Subang Jaya, Bandar Sunway
- Required skill(s): AutoCAD, 3Dmax, 2D, Adobe Photoshop, Ms Offices etc.
- Good attitude and willing to learn.
- Independent and responsible with excellent communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Will be given opportunity to express your talents and fantastic ideas to kick-start design career with start-up company.
- Required to draw and build floor plan and newly design floor plan.
- Basic knowledge and understanding is essential.
- Site
- visit and measurements to sketch preliminary floor plans, electrical layouts etc.
- Place orders for materials and specify the furnishings, such as lighting, wall finishes, ceiling, flooring, plumbing fixtures.
- Responsible to draw design concepts that fulfills client’s requirements while integrating the needs of design functionality and practicality.
- Prepare material listing and price quotation, source for suppliers/ vendors.
- Propose suitable design plan and concept for client presentation.
- Create a projected timeline before deadlines to handover for clients.
- Oversee installing the design elements and site inspection for the work progress.
- Adhoc task to satisfy client requirement when required.
