We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media specialist to join our growing team. In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our products and provide customer care services to new audiences. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media. 1.IT to manage the information technology needs and systems of their employers, including implementing database and network designs, installing and upgrading software, ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer issues throughout the organizations. 2.Develop innovative and creative media content across social media platforms. 3.Report to marketing director and collaborates with graphic designer and webserver to ensure a cohesive social media identity 4.Propose creative strategy in collaboration with marketing director 5.Create and maintain relevant social media accounts 6.Setup daily tasks and activity for all social media platform 7.Keep track of social media platform trends and competition 8.Deliver monthly reports with statistics and results for each social media account platform
