**Position Overview**

The **Health Operations Manager** oversees the day-to-day performance, service quality, and operational excellence of Axtra Health’s facility.
You will lead a small team of technicians, coordinate client scheduling, maintain facility standards, and ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations across all therapy areas (HBOT, red light, PEMF, contrast, etc.).
- Manage and train Health Technicians to ensure professionalism and adherence to Axtra Health protocols.
- Coordinate client schedules, bookings, and operational logistics using digital tools (Odoo, CRM, etc.).
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
- Handle client escalations and feedback gracefully to ensure consistent satisfaction.
- Track operational data, usage rates, and assist management in performance reporting.
- Liaise with vendors and maintenance providers for equipment upkeep.
- Support management in developing new programs, promotions, and operational SOPs.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in **Health Sciences, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management**.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in **health, fitness, spa, or wellness facility operations**.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Passionate about health, technology, and customer experience.
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with scheduling and reporting software.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are advantages.
