**Roles**:
The Human Resource (HR) Manager will be involved in the full HR spectrum and is expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the HR office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
- Process monthly payroll and related calculations to employees and service contractors
- In charge of staff information in the database and Personnel File Maintenance and ensuring confidentiality at all times
- Handle recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, employees’ engagement & relations, performance management, safety compliance, etc
- Conduct newcomer’s orientation process and briefing of employment terms and conditions
- Arrange & coordinate staff training enrolment and update of training records
- Assist with performance appraisal
- Maintain employees’ leave record
- Maintain, upkeep company & departmental documentation of operational policy, rules and regulation
- Assist in administration duties when required and other ad hoc duties as assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
