Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection. Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents. Conduct new employee orientation and ensure smooth integration.
  • HR Operations & Administration – Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personal files. Handle monthly attendance, OT, leave management, and related HR documentation. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee information and updates.
  • Employee Relations – Address day-to-day HR inquiries and provide guidance to employees. Assist in resolving employee issues in a professional and confidential manner. Support employee engagement activities, staff events, and internal communications.
  • Performance Management – Assist in annual appraisal processes, KPI tracking, and performance documentation. Monitor probation assessments and follow up with department managers.
  • Compliance & HR Policies – Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws and company policies. Prepare HR reports, audit documents, and compliance-related records. Support safety, training, and HR-related audit processes when required.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks – Perform any other HR-related tasks or special projects assigned by the immediate superior.
