Developing and administering human resource plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of HR department.
- Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures.
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all the personnel, including writing and placing job ads.
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling.
- Maintaining company directory and other organization charts.
- Training arrangement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
