**Meal Planning and Preparation**:

- Plan nutritious, balanced meals suitable for children, including accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies.
- Prepare and cook meals and snacks for students and staff according to the school schedule.
- Ensure portion control and food safety standards.
- **Kitchen Management**:

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and storing ingredients, while minimising food waste.
- Oversee and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring functionality and cleanliness.
- **Compliance**:

- Follow food safety protocols, such as HACCP, to prevent contamination and ensure safe food handling.
- Stay updated with regulations related to school meal programmes.

**Assistant Teacher Duties**
- **Classroom Support**:

- Assist the teacher in preparing materials and setting up activities for lessons.
- Supervise students during activities, meals, and breaks, ensuring safety and engagement.
- Support individual students who need additional help with tasks or learning activities.
- **Student Care**:

- Monitor and assist children during meals to encourage good table manners and healthy eating habits.
- Help manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- **General Support**:

- Assist in organising and cleaning the classroom or play area.
- Accompany and supervise children during outdoor activities or field trips.

**Combined Duties**
- **Meal-Integrated Learning**:

- Involve students in simple food preparation tasks to teach them basic cooking skills and healthy eating habits.
- Use mealtimes as opportunities to teach social skills, cooperation, and responsibility.
- **Event Support**:

- Plan and prepare food for school events or celebrations.
- Assist with event setup and engaging students in related activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
