You'll play an important role in: '¢ auditing and monitoring our global web portfolio to suggest optimisations to crawling and indexing, site architecture, internal linking, Schema, Hreflang, Canonicalization, Javascript, CSS, etc. '¢ tracking and suggesting improvements to load time performance, including Core Web Vital metrics '¢ conducting regular competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities '¢ collaborating with developers to educate and evangelise SEO and to ensure SEO is thought in from the outset and that best practices are being followed '¢ staying on top of SEO trends and monitor Algorithm updates. To succeed in the role, you: '¢ thrive in an international environment, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are able to boil down complex issues in a simplified manner to different types of stakeholders '¢ are data driven, have a problem-solving mindset and a structured way of working '¢ have experience with CMS systems, preferably Sitecore '¢ have experience with tools such as SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, DeepCrawl, Lighthouse, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc. '¢ proven ability to identify and troubleshoot issues impacting site health and performance '¢ have a strong attention to details and the ability to adhere to short deadlines.
