- Monitor the performance of agents and direct business under my SBU.
- To ensure agents and clients will comply with Bank Negara guidelines. Monitor the supply and control the issuance of the cover notes.
- To arrange with the risk surveyor to conduct a pre-acceptance surveyor and another risk survey including loss minimization when necessary. Responsible for collection premium from agent/clients and other intermediaries
- To ensure timely issuance or policies/endorsement. To keep tap and ensure that agents comply with CBC, MMC, and CPD hours.
- To continuously recruit new agent to enlarge the networking base. Maintain the correct portfolio mix of business or type of business as required by company management.
- Achieved target as set by management to support company’s business plan and objectives.
- Attend communication meetings and any other meetings where relevant.
- Be multi-skilled and able to assist other sections/departments within the company as and when required. Performs any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
- Monitoring agent’s renewal. Provide Non-Motor quotation to agent. Approaching and guidance to the agent on non-Motor product/knowledge. Giving CPD training to agents.

Education/Experience:

- Minimum at least 2-3 years of working experience preferably in the insurance industry Good track record in sales & servicing

- Right attitude and team-working attributes.
- Must be meticulous with the ability to work under pressure.
- Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision. Good communication & presentation skills, pleasant personality
