**About the Role**

We are searching for a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in elevating MQ's brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the company's overall growth strategy. You will work closely with the founder and other team members to develop and implement creative marketing campaigns, manage social media presence, and contribute to the company's vision and culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the company's overall strategy and vision.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitor landscape.
- Manage and optimize MQ's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Generate leads through targeted online and offline marketing initiatives.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics.
- Assist with content creation, including blog posts, articles, and case studies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Support with event planning and execution when necessary.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, embodying MQ's core values.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation tools.
- Analytical skills and ability to track and interpret marketing data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
- Passionate about business growth and helping others succeed.
- Alignment with MQ's vision and culture of collaboration, innovation, and client success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
