**SKOP KERJA**:
1) Bertanggungjawab menguruskan hal-hal berkaitan dengan carta akaun dan transaksi GL, BS dan PL seperti Jurnal Entri, Invois, _Delivery Order_, Nota Debit dan Nota Kredit.
2) Menutup akaun kewangan pada setiap bulan atau pada tempoh yang telah ditetapkan contohnya suku tahun, setengah tahun dan sebagainya.
3) Menyediakan laporan kewangan harian, bulanan, suku tahun dan tahunan jika perlu.
4) Menyediakan laporan kewangan yang lengkap iaitu _(Full set account)_.
5) Membuat catatan, rekod keluar masuk tunai (debit atau kredit) serta membuat analisa pengiraan yang sewajarnya ke atas kewangan syarikat.
6) Mengekalkan kawalan perakaunan dengan menyediakan serta mengesyorkan dasar dan prosedur.
7) Mengira kos pengendalian dan pengeluaran.
8) Menguruskan fail dan dokumentasi akaun _(P&C filing)_.
9) Membantu auditor dalam hal-hal berkaitan audit dan menyediakan dokumen audit yang diperlukan oleh auditor.
10) Menyediakan senarai gaji dan rekod berkaitan gaji staf untuk syarikat.
11) Membuat cek, menunaikan cek dan mengeluarkan resit.
12) Pembukaan akaun bank yang baru dan kemaskini akaun (berurusan dengan pihak bank).
13) Menyediakan penyata cukai syarikat dan menjawab segala pertanyaan berkaitan cukai.
14) Pengunaan sistem dan kemasukan data dalam sistem perakaunan syarikat _(accounting system)._
15) Merekodkan semua aset syarikat dan membuat pengiraan susut nilai bagi setiap aset syarikat.
16) Membuat pembayaran perbelanjaan bulanan syarikat seperti bil air, elektrik, internet, KWSP, SOSCO, pembayaran kepada vendor, panel-panel hospital dan klinik dan lain-lain pembayaran.
17) Bertanggungjawab melaksanakan, menyelia sistem dan operasi berkaitan dengan akaun dan juga pembayaran gaji, kutipan hasil, terimaan hasil, klasifikasi hasil, penyelenggaraan buku tunai, daftar deposit, amanah dan penyediaan laporan tahunan.
18) Menjalankan lain-lain tugas yang diarahkan dari semasa ke semasa oleh majikan.
**KELAYAKAN**:
1) Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya DIPLOMA dalam bidang Perakaunan/Kewangan atau yang setaraf dengannya.
2) Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya 1 tahun pengalaman bekerja dalam bidang berkaitan.
3) Mempunyai keperibadian yang baik seperti amanah, bertanggungjawab dan komited.
4) Boleh mengikuti arahan dengan baik dan teliti.
5) Mahir menggunakan _**UBS ACCOUNTING SYSTEM**_atau mana-mana sistem berkaitan akaun.
