**Duties And Responsibilities**:
Maintaining the payroll (including time manager) master file for all non executive staffs. Initiate the mid and end-month payroll for non executive staffs including:
1.1 Printing of reports e.g. pay-slip, payroll details/summary and cost center summary.

1.2 Liaising with banks on salary transfer.

1.3 Distributing wages (for workers without direct bank credit facility) and pay slips to employees.

2. Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of Time Manager System including:
2.1 Daily printing of employee attendance list for validation purposes.

2.2 Validating overtime hours against duly authorized overtime request forms.

2.3 Validating allowances (food, shift and transport) against attendance data

3. Maintaining employee(s) personnel files.

4. Updating Employee(s) training records

5. Assisting in liaise with government agency pertaining to workers matters.

8. Preparation and lodge counselling or warning letters.

9. Attending to employee inquiring and resolving all payroll issues.

10. To handle the full spectrum of monthly group processing.

11. Responsible for timely and accurate data analysis and calculation on payroll, headcount reporting, overtime/allowances/ medical claims, staff claim and etc.

12. Adhere to all ISO 9001, FSSC related procedure.

13. Report any issue and performance regarding Food Safety to Food Safety Team Member.

14.Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by Management from time to time

**Personal Requirements**:
**1. Qualification : SPM, STPM, Diploma / Degree in HR Management or related environment industry**

**2. Experience and Requirements**:

- **At least 1-2 years related working experience in related field**
- **Experience in monthly payroll processing**
- **Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System**
- **Strong numerical skills**
- **Committed to Job and take full responsible.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
