HR & Admin Executive

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all HR and Admin functions, including recruitment, overtime processing, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, disciplinary management, and foreign workers matters, in alignment with the Company Sustainability Policy.
- Continuously review and enhance HR and Admin workflow to ensure they meet company needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, rules, and regulations, and handle disciplinary actions promptly when required.
- Oversee the implementation of performance assessment systems and administrative policies, ensuring that staff objectives and KPIs are clearly defined and regularly monitored.
- Oversee office management, including facility maintenance, insurance policies, housekeeping, filing systems, and IT coordination.
- To lead and arrange company events and activities when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide administrative support as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of factory experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Strong communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiarity with the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
- Experience in handling employee misconduct cases, show cause letters, warning letters, and conducting domestic inquiries.

- Must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
