Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in overseeing HR functions for the Group, managing the complete range of HR operations.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner, develop and execute HR strategies that support the business goals, working closely with senior leaders from multi-locations (Singapore, Malaysia, China and Hong Kong) on strategic HR initiatives to support the organisation goals
  • Build a high performing team in Aztech through talent attraction and retention strategies.
  • Oversee performance management across the Group, drive initiatives that promote a progressive culture and continuous skills enhancement.
  • Design competitive and equitable compensation structures and benefits packages that align with Aztech's and market benchmarks.
  • Review and streamline HR processes to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity, while HR practices meet all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Lead HR organisational transformation, guiding teams and stakeholders through change with clear communication, training and support.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field of studies.
  • At least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in electronics manufacturing will be preferred.
  • Track record of effective HR management in a fast-paced and global setting, equipped with knowledge of employment laws in Malaysia, Singapore and China.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, with an agile mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
