**Job Summary**:
This role supports the implementation of organisational development (OD) initiatives that enhance employee experience, leadership development and culture alignment. As part of the OD team, you will coordinate learning sessions, engagement programmes and internal initiatives in collaboration with the Learning & Development team and other HR functions to reinforce a value-driven and future-ready workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of culture-building and employee engagement initiatives that promote trust, inclusion and collaboration across departments.
- Coordinate the logistics and delivery of OD-related learning programmes such as leadership development sessions, soft skills workshops and culture-focused training.
- Conduct and support learning needs assessments and data collection exercises to identify development gaps and improvement areas.
- Prepare and manage training documentation, including materials, attendance tracking, evaluation forms, and post-programme feedback reports.
- Track, analyse, and report on OD and engagement programme effectiveness using data insights to support continuous improvement.
- Support cross-functional OD initiatives including succession-related activities and internal campaigns that strengthen organisational culture.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders especially the Learning & Development team to ensure alignment in programme execution and communication.
- Perform any other duties as assigned and report to any other authorised personnel as required by the organisation.

**Qualification & Experience Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in OD, L&D, performance management, or employee engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Power BI or other visualisation tools is an advantage.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

**Office based Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya (near to Glenmarie LRT station)**

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
