Internship for Organizational Development

Job Summary
To provide support to Organisational Development (OD) daily task, ongoing & upcoming projects, performance management processes, learning & development process, data analysing and employee engagement initiatives. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR practices by assisting OD team members in data analysis, project coordination, and documentation, while gaining exposure to OD frameworks that contribute to organisational growth and employee development
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, tracking, and documentation of OD projects, including performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the collection, analysis, and presentation of data for OD-related reports (e.g., dashboards, trackers, Gantt charts).
- Assist in coordinating meetings and workshops, including preparing materials, recording minutes, and following up on action items.
- Contribute to the creation of communication materials such as briefing decks, memos, and updates related to OD initiatives.
- Help maintain and update databases, trackers, and survey results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth execution of OD activities.
- Provide administrative and logistical support for training sessions, engagement programs, and other HR initiatives.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager or any other OD members
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related field.
- Strong academic foundation in HR/OD concepts with interest in performance management, employee development, and engagement.
- Basic understanding of HR concepts (performance management, training, engagement).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Words).
• Familiarity with data collection tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey) is an advantage. - Interest in data analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates teamwork, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. - Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive employee or organisational information.

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
