**Objective**:
To provide hands-on experience in administrative support tasks while assisting the administration team with daily operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents in a systematic manner.
- Support data entry, filing, and documentation tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as required.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in replenishing stock when necessary.
- Provide general office support to various departments as assigned.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
- Learn and assist in the use of office management software and tools.
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in tasks.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
