We're on the lookout for a Digital Designer / Graphic Designer to bring Pixlr's brand vision to life across all digital and print media. In this role, you'll execute innovative designs for internal communications, amplify our brand’s visual identity, and ensure all outputs are on-brand and impactful. **The Job**:

- Develop creative and original designs for Pixlr Group brands, focusing on internal communication materials in both digital and printed formats, as well as BTL marketing materials.
- Assist in designing and developing a variety of templates and elements that enhance the brand’s visual language.
- Utilise Pixlr Group’s online editing tools (Pixlr, Designs.ai, Vectr) as the primary medium for creating designs.
- Conceptualise and implement visually compelling design ideas that effectively communicate the brand's message and identity.
- Ensure all design outputs consistently and accurately reflect the brand identity and ethos.
- Assist in writing and integrating cohesive and brand-aligned copy into design elements, ensuring a harmonious blend of text and visuals.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design work.
- Keep up to date with the latest design trends and advancements in AI tools, integrating these into design work where applicable.

**Requirements**:
**The Person**:

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in graphic design, marketing communications, digital content creation or a similar role.
- Proficient in using graphic design tools.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and ensure consistency in design execution.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visuals.
- Able to work on assigned tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines.
- Basic understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
- Good Command of English (writen and verbal)
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with the team.
