**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our client's dynamic team and play a pivotal role in planning, implementing, and managing our technology roadmap. The CTO will be instrumental in ensuring that our company remains at the forefront of innovation in the IT and fintech sectors.

Position Overview:
Participating in additional fund raising will be a fundamental part of this.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.

Incorporate emerging IT and telecommunications trends into the company's strategic direction, keeping up-to-date with industry developments and competitive landscapes.

Lead and manage the technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Review and evaluate existing technology infrastructure, systems, and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.

Drive product development initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Oversee the company's cybersecurity measures, ensuring the protection of data, systems, and client information.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, to define and prioritize technology initiatives that support operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient delivery of technology services and products.

Lead technology-related projects, providing guidance and support to project teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion.

Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and efficient cost control measures.

Promote a culture of innovation, driving technology-based solutions to enhance productivity, increase efficiency, and create a competitive advantage.

Stay abreast of advancements in technology, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements, evaluating their potential impact on the company's operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a Silicon Valley or similar startup is distinctly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, such as Chief Technology Officer or a similar position, in the IT and telecommunications services industry.
- Exceptional knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, network architecture, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies, driving transformational change and achieving business objectives.
- Track record of successfully delivering technology projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Sound business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to think strategically and evaluate complex technology solutions.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to the IT and telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
