**Job Descriptions**:

- In-house support in repairing and servicing AV products such as amplifiers, microphones, lighting etc.
- Perform on-site and in-house services and repairs.
- Responsible for the preventive maintenance of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is maintained in safe and good running condition for customers.
- To attend customers’ equipment breakdown
- Perform daily administrative functions such as recording of field problems or updating of service record in Autocount system.
- Generating daily delivery report and service attended
- Assist at event or project setup & dismantle once needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties tasks as directed by Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- GDL driving license with clean driving records.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in AV repair field is required for this position.
- Knowledge and proficient use of electronic tools and diagnostic test equipment
- Able to work in a team and individually as well with minimum supervision.
- Responsible, hardworking, strong communication skills and fast learner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AV Technician: 1 year (preferred)
