1. Training Program Support: Assist in the development, coordination, and implementation of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
2. Training Needs Analysis: Collaborate with HR team members to identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and communication with employees.
3. Training Material Development: Contribute to the creation of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
4. Training Delivery: Support in delivering training sessions and workshops, ensuring engagement and understanding among participants.
5. Learning Management System (LMS): Assist in the management and maintenance of the Learning Management System, including tracking training completions and generating reports.
