**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for goods receiving, goods issuing, stock allocation, picklist preparation, goods packing for order.
- Organize and monitor store
- Ensure inventory transactions’ accuracy (stock card & autocount system) and up-to-date.
- Communicate job expectations and coach subordinates.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish good working procedures and practices.
- Coordinate activities with other departments.
- Checking Incoming Stock & update into autocount system.
- Organize monthly cycle count and annual stock check as per scheduled.
- Assisting in verifying stock discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse space and optimize space utilization.
- Conduct regular warehouse inspections ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Possess minimum a Diploma qualification with 2 years of experience in warehouse management and/or material control.
- Ability in enforcing procedures and regulations
- Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Hands on experience with store management
- Leadership skills and ability to manage storekeepers.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with MS Office suite of software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and organize data.
- Discipline, hardworking & responsible
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
