**Essential Functions**:

- Experience with the following SAP Flavors:
- ERP
- BW
- Enterprise Portal
- SAP Gateway
- Fiori Applications
- S/4 HANA (not required but good to have)
- Solution Manager
- SLT
- SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Administration
- Cloud Connector and Fiori Frontend Server
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations
- Advanced knowledge of Implementation and upgrade tools- SWPM, SUM, Maintenance Planner, Solution Manager, SAP Support Portal
- Advanced knowledge of SAP BASIS administration:
- Installation
- Support Pack upgrades
- Enhancement Pack upgrades
- Add-on installation and upgrades
- Kernel patches
- User administration - Security Roles/Profiles
- Transport management
- RFC communications
- Application Tuning
- Installation/configuration of SAP Router

**Essential Functions (Continued)**:

- Advanced knowledge of Database administration- Installation and configuration MaxDB
- DB patching
- DB growth, monitoring and maintenance
- DB Refresh and Restore procedures
- Intermediate knowledge of HANA DB- Installation and configuration
- Security: Roles and Privileges
- Patches and upgrades
- HANA Studio
- Application and Platform Lifecycle Management
- XS Applications install and configure
- Intermediate knowledge of the SAP Support Portal- Registering an object
- Registering a Developer
- Generating License keys
- S-User administration
- Download of software
- SAP incident creation
- Maintaining Remote connections for SAP Support
- Intermediate knowledge of SAP Frontend tools:
- SAPGUI: Installation, configuration and patching
- SAP Business Client: Installation, configuration and patching and Fiori

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5yrs SAP BASIS experience- Strong troubleshooting and RCA(Root Cause Analysis) skills
- Able to work independently and with mínimal direction.
- 2yrs experience working in a support role
- Strong communication and documentation skills required.
- Willingness to learn and improve their knowledge and skillset.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation - wants to understand people’s problems and help them find solutions
