Fiskor Food Sdn Bhd is a thriving snacks startup operating for over a year. We specialize in manufacturing and distributing our own snacks products, with a strong focus on e-commerce as our primary channel. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Company Admin to join our team and contribute to our success.
**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintain a well-organized workspace.
**E-commerce Assistance**:
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in order processing, customer inquiries, and inventory management.
**Communication**:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with various teams to facilitate smooth cross-functional processes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
**Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company documents.
- Analyse trend and data with the team to find out latest trends and pattern
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of office equipment.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
