**Location**: Taman Perindustrian Air Hitam, Klang, Selangor
**Shift**: Rotational Shift for weekend and campaign day.
**Salary**: RM1,700 - RM2,500
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service cum Admin Assistant. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
1. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information via chat and other communication channels.
2. Order Management: Process and print customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Maintain an organized system for managing orders and related documents.
3. Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, working towards satisfactory resolutions.
4. Order Tracking: Keep customers informed about their order status, including shipping and delivery information. Follow up on pending orders and communicate any delays.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
6. Administrative Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, updating customer records, and maintaining filing systems.
7. Returns and Exchanges: Manage customer requests for returns or exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
8. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services. Report recurring issues to management for further action.
**Qualification**
1. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in customer service or administration is a plus.
2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
5. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including chat platforms and order management systems.
6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
