What you'll be doing

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Providing accurate information about our fleet management services and resolving customer issues in a timely manner
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up on outstanding tasks
  • Assisting with the coordination of service requests and ensuring the seamless delivery of our solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and suggesting innovative ideas to improve customer satisfaction

  • At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) and standard office software
