Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, ensuring they are guided to the correct courts or staff.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct enquiries professionally.
- Schedule appointments and provide basic administrative support to the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and shared spaces.
- Prepare simple documents and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Assist with other admin tasks and support daily office operations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar customer-facing or administrative role, preferably in the Property industry.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers and handle basic sales enquiries confidently.
- Possess good organizational skills and strong commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- A friendly, enthusiastic personality.
- Be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
- Must be willing to be based at our Sales Office in Bukit Tinggi Klang and Setia Alam.
