**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Admin Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
