Admin Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Able to handle other general clerical work.
- Manage data-entry, documentation, printing & filing duties
- Assist in day to day administration tasks.
- Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
- Support the team in administrative and operational duties and ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Coordinate the preparation of regularly scheduled reports or any ad-hoc reports as and when required
- Provide necessary support to other Admin functions as deemed necessary
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in Admin
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good team player with good analytical
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive, effective relationship.
- Resourceful, analytical and able to multi-task.
- Experience working in mining field or managing foreign workers issue is an added advantage.
