Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Human Resource, or related field
- Strong numerical skills
- Experience using accounting systems such as Autocount
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update employment agreements, assist with HR policy documentation, and help verify payroll items such as attendance, claims, allowances, and deductions.
- Assist in preparing and organising audit documents, verifying financial records (invoices, receipts, payment vouchers), and ensuring all supporting files are complete and properly arranged for audit review.
- Support new ISO certificate application documentation and help maintain ongoing ISO documentation progress, including updates, organisation, and administrative follow-ups.
