Account cum Admin Assistant

1) Assist in Account Receivable and Account Payable tasks. When necessary, assist in inventory record-keeping and stock monitoring.
2) Assist in filling of documents related to accounting
3) Assist in handling general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
4) Assist in monitoring daily communications and answering any queries and office correspondence
5) Perform and assist any other tasks related to administrative and account as per Management instruction such as event planning etc
Job Requirement:
1) Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Commerce/Administration or equivalent
2) At least 1- 2 years experience in Account or Admin role or any related field
3) High level of accuracy, excellent organizational & time-management skills
4) Computer literacy and a working knowledge of accounting software and other relevant applications
5) Proficiency in multi languages
6) Able to work immediately or with short notice are preferable
