Admin-cum-Account Assistant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Issue invoice, official receipt and payment voucher
- Data entry- payroll system
- Maintain and organise company files and records
- To perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor
REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting. Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (Fresh graduates may also apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Autocount)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
